I too have recently discovered the joys of cold brew. Living in Brisbane Australia, the hot humid summers make traditional hot coffee unappealing, and as I don’t particularly like milk, most iced coffee mixes sold here in Australia are way too milky – more like a milkshake! I have been using a Toddy https://toddycafe.com/cold-brew/why-toddy-cold-brew. I began by making a concentrate 1:5 ratio (400g coffee to 2L water) but then discovered that you can make cold brew ready-to-drink version at 1:17 (120g to 2L). I have found this ratio to be give an equally good flavour, and means that I can just pour it from my carafe straight over ice (perfect when I am in my morning pre-coffee daze!).

It forms an essential part of my morning routine during Summer (and then when the weather cools down, I go back to the hot plunger brew). Glad to meet another cold brew drinker :).
